Monday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Box office is open two hours prior to performances.

Location and Parking

The Center is located at the north end of the Governors State University campus. Ample free parking, including handicapped spaces, is available in the main campus parking lot.

Ticket Policies

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on single tickets or group sales. All dates and performances are subject to change.

Protect Your Ticket Investment!

For a fee of just $5 per show, single ticket buyers have the option of upgrading their order to include the same 72-hour ticket exchange privileges as subscribers. When ordering your tickets, mention to our box office personnel that you want to "Protect Your Investment." Or check the appropriate box when ordering online.

Children

All persons attending a Mainstage event, regardless of age, must pay the appropriate admission fee. The Center does not recommend attendance by children under one year of age.

Latecomers

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the manager.

Cameras, Recording Devices, Food and Beverages

We regret that cameras, recording devices, food and beverages are not allowed inside The Center. When attending a show at The Center, please remember to turn off all cell phones and pagers.

Assisted Services and Seating

The Center has an elevator and special seating areas for easy wheelchair accessibility.
