All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Members are eligible to receive credits or exchange privileges on their ticket(s) with at least 48 hours notice prior to the performance. Credits do not include service fees.

The Center for Performing Arts at Governors State University is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, pricing, representations, or validity of tickets offered by third-party ticket sellers or resale marketplaces. 

Tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers may be invalid, duplicated, altered, improperly transferred, or otherwise ineligible for admission. The Center reserves the right to deny entry when a ticket cannot be verified through our authorized ticketing system. 

For your protection, we strongly encourage patrons to purchase tickets directly from The Center for Performing Arts at Governors State University or through our authorized ticketing platform. Purchasing directly from The Center helps ensure that you receive the correct ticket price, valid seating information, and access to customer service assistance if needed. 

Patrons should retain their order confirmation and confirmation number. Proof of purchase may be required if there is a question regarding the validity or ownership of a ticket. 

The Center cannot guarantee, replace, refund, or provide customer service support for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
