Professor Mary Bruce, PhD is an internationally recognized political scientist and expert in Public Administration. Dr. Bruce is a leader who possesses a wealth of international service, knowledge, and professional experience in the public sector. 

She is a visionary leader who is inspiring and passionate about teaching, research, and service. She enjoys engaging students to explore their talents and skills to find their place in public service. She invites people to take on leadership roles expanding the vision of Pi Alpha Alpha, and she is the Chair of the Pi Alpha Alpha Steering Committee within the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA), the global standard in public service education. NASPAA is the accrediting organization for Master of Public Administration Programs in the United States, Cairo Egypt, and Guam.
