NOURISH is a Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC) initiative designed to support the mental health, well-being, and overall success of student-athletes. Through outreach, education, and collaborative programming, NOURISH promotes resilience, healthy coping strategies, and access to mental health resources while fostering a culture that encourages student-athletes to prioritize their emotional wellness alongside their academic and athletic performance.

Your physical health and mental well-being work together. Get support with nutrition, and healthy eating. Schedule a nutrition consultation to learn more.
Take care of your health on and off the field. Access services for routine health needs, illness or injury concerns, preventive care, and other health concerns.
Get support for stress, anxiety, mood concerns, relationships, athletic pressures, life transitions, and other personal challenges.
